I found the location convenient. The hotel is next to the metro and a few shops. It made getting around very easy. The room was clean and spacious. I appreciated the modern design. The staff were friendly and helpful. They provided quick service. The bar area was lovely and the drinks selection was really nice.

the hotel is conveniently located right by the metro station. i easily accessed the city center in just a few minutes. several coffee shops and a market are nearby, i found these very convenient. the staff was helpful, i liked that.
The room temperature was a bit too cool. I couldn't adjust the air conditioning to my liking.

Excellent Stay Near the Metro

I found the hotel just next to the Noord metro station. The metro provides quick access to Central Station. There were restaurants and a supermarket very close to the hotel. The room was clean, I also found the bed very comfortable.
I was disappointed there were no shower caps, cotton wool or body lotion. These should have been provided for a city break.

The staff was cheerful and willing to help. Reception helped us with water bottles. They provided them without charge when we asked, this was appreciated.

location is great next to the metro. it made trips into the city very easy. breakfast had many options and good coffee. the room also had air conditioning and a safe. it was useful.
the room lacked a few amenities. specifically, i missed having bathrobes in the closet.
